    Fixed network provided by Telekom Slovenije. Listed speeds for xDSL are the highest available speeds, while actual speeds depend on different factors (xDSL technology supports dynamic speeds, which depend on the distance from the exchange, as well as on the technical conditions of the copper pair, while on fiber optic connections they depend on the network equipment at the location, as well as the number of users connected to a particular optical fiber). On the Rune network there is a €5 surcharge on every subscription plan. All prices include VAT. Special terms and conditions for A1 fixed plans, Special terms and conditions for broadband services and Special terms and conditions for providing electronic communication services for legal persons and sole proprietors apply to all A1 Podjetni subscription plans, and are, together with the other terms and conditions and the prices of all other services, services abroad, and prices for exceeding the allowances, available by calling 040 40 40, at A1.si, and at A1’s points of sale.   • The 100-day trial with subscription fee refund option benefit

    If a customer is not satisfied with the services they ordered, they can opt to cancel their subscriber agreement within the first 100 days from activation, and request a refund for the subscription fee for their plan. If the subscriber requests a refund because they are not satisfied with the service, the subscription fee costs that they have incurred since activating their plan are refunded. In such an event the subscriber is entitled to a refund for the subscription fee from the first to the final day of their subscriber agreement, which should not be longer than 100 days from activation. The cost of the subscription fee only includes the cost of the plan’s subscription fee without any additional services the customer ordered for their plan. Customers who already requested a refund because they were not satisfied with their services in the past 12 months – who have the same tax number or the same address – are not entitled to a refund. The benefit is available since 5 October 2021 for the following plans: A1 Podjetni net and A1 Podjetni net + tel. The 100-day trial with subscription fee refund option benefit does not apply to customers on the Rune network, who concluded an annex for a free installation of the connection.
